Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You’ll implement behavior plans, collect data, and grow professionally with a BCBA mentor from day one.

Open roles include full-time or part-time positions; you don’t need RBT certification to apply in many cases, and we’ll help you become certified. Candidates must be reliable, have transportation, and be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Career path to BCBA with mentorship from a BCBA from day one.
• Must be reliable with availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided behavior plan and implement strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to inform future plans.
• Build consistent, positive relationships with clients and families.
