Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect real-time data using clinical software, under BCBA supervision.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes. Certification as an RBT (or eligibility) is required, with HS diploma as baseline; a BA/BS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent; a BA/BS in Psychology/Education is a plus.
• Experience: Prior work with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
