Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and collect progress data to support meaningful outcomes for children with ASD.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or are eligible to obtain it, with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Driving is required, and strong communication with families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
