Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will work 1:1 under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting data and implementing individualized plans to support meaningful progress.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the supervising team to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe and engaging therapeutic

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education (a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability: valid driver’s license
