Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 learn, communicate, and grow through play using the ABA-based ESDM approach. This entry-level role offers paid RBT training, progression opportunities every 3 months, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $28.50 per hour with a sign-on bonus and benefits; full-time roles guarantee 30 hours weekly, plus ongoing development and career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a clinical setting.
