Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an entry‑level Child Care Specialist (Behavior Technician) to deliver one‑to‑one ABA therapy for children ages 2–6 in a center setting. You will follow clinician plans and document progress using a tablet while working with a multidisciplinary team.

We provide paid RBT certification training and a structured career path. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a 401(k). A guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week is included for full‑time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, verified by a resume, application, or BACB attestation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one, play‑based ABA therapy to young children in a center setting.
• Follow individualized care plans created by clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
• Observe and document each child's progress using a computer or tablet.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and share updates that support consistent, high‑quality care.
• Soar provides paid training for RBT certification and ongoing professional development with raises and promotions every three months.
