Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play using the ESDM approach. The role offers hands-on experience in psychology and child development with meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Enrollment in bachelor’s degree program encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
