Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children aged 2–6, following ESDM/ABA methods. You will work under Master’s-level clinicians, implementing individualized plans and communicating progress to families.

Ideal candidates have a background in childcare or caregiving, with eagerness to obtain RBT certification within six weeks. The role offers paid training, benefits, and a guaranteed minimum schedule for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a clinical environment.
