Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our clinic, using ESDM/ABA principles. You will work with Masters-level clinicians and communicate progress to families, with paid training to obtain RBT certification.

We offer $21.50-$28.50/hour with bonuses and regular promotions, plus student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and in-network mental health support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT).
• Preference for enrollment or completion of a degree program (Child Development, Psychology or related).
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within the first 6 weeks (paid training).
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Meet physical requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs, sit/kneel, etc.
• Computer and tablet literacy; ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligned with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
