Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in clients' homes within about 30 miles of your location.

Not certified yet? We provide paid training and cover the RBT exam cost to help you start your career. Training and support are offered to ensure success and ongoing supervision.

Competenze

• Minimum age 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided if not certified.
• Experience with children; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Mansioni

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, feeding).
