Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Training is provided to help you launch your career.

We offer paid training, exam cost coverage, and increased pay after certification, plus opportunities for advancement and supportive supervision.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with children, especially ASD, preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
