Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate services in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (4 days per week).
• Reliable transportation; travel up to 20 miles from home.
• RBT certification preferred; training and exam covered if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home or clinic‑based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools (e.g., CentralReach) to conduct assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
