Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services in home or clinic settings.

Training is provided if you are not yet certified, and paid support helps you launch your RBT career. The position includes paid drive time, bilingual pay, and opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Experience with ASD and children is strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or at clinic sites.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans under supervision.
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track data.
• Participate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and create teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care tasks as needed (toileting, feeding, etc.).
