Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality services in-home or at clinics.

We offer paid training, support to obtain RBT certification, and pathways for advancement. Eligible bilingual candidates receive higher pay, with premium after 5 PM sessions and weekly BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification preferred, training provided
• Prior experience with children, ASD experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed
