Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will implement behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent skill acquisition and generalization, while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
