Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data using clinical software.

Requirements include an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's in psychology or education is a plus, with a passion for helping families achieving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
