Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and work closely with supervising BCBA and families to promote generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligible to obtain certification) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a related bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
