Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic environments, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, implement plans, and collaborate with families to support skill development.

The role emphasizes reliability, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills; experience with autism or developmental delays is preferred. We offer ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
