Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement plans, collect data, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistent progress and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
