Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data in real-time using clinical software.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for sessions and advancing your professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus)
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
