Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans and use clinical software to track progress, collaborating closely with BCBAs and families.

Requirements include RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with autism and strong communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs set by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and generalization.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
