Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions.

You will implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time data using our clinical software, ensuring consistency and progress for each client.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
