Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Lynn, MA is seeking qualified individuals to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients. You will implement behavior interventions, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent skill development.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT or are eligible to obtain certification, a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus)
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
