Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent skill development.

The role requires active RBT certification, a HS diploma or equivalent, and a passion for helping children and families. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required; BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
