Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Bedford, MA is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy, following supervision by a BCBA and implementing individualized skill programs. You will collect data and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization, all while maintaining a positive, engaging session environment.

Requirements include an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
