Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. You’ll work 1:1 with children and receive weekly coaching from your BCBA.

The roles offer direct mentorship, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), paid trainings, and a clear path to becoming a BCBA. A $500 sign-on bonus is also available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving around, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
