Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices with strong supervision and realistic caseloads. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered, with direct mentorship and opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification.

Roles feature flexible scheduling (FT/PT) and autonomy to think creatively, with work spanning in-home sessions and progress communication with families under individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Able to move, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with BCBA for coaching and support.
