Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with BCBA-owned practices that value supervision, attainable caseloads, and practical support for clinicians.

The roles offer direct mentorship, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), and a path to becoming a BCBA with paid trainings. A $500 sign-on bonus is available and you’ll have autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Background check required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
