Job summary

Headstart Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. You’ll work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans and have weekly coaching with a BCBA.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid trainings and a path to BCBA certification, plus a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client's homes is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible work schedule with specified shifts (Mon–Fri).
• Ability to move, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
