Headstart Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, supportive caseloads, and real clinician backing. You’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices, not a distant corporate structure.

Expect a $500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth, including paid trainings and a path to becoming a BCBA. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling ensures you can fit this role into your life while delivering

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Available to work M-F 8:30a–11:30a.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
