Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with BCBA-owned practices that offer strong supervision, thoughtful caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

We provide direct mentorship, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), paid trainings, and a clear path to become a BCBA, with autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve in client homes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
