Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You will work 1:1 with children, receive BCBA mentorship, and have flexible full-time or part-time schedules with paid trainings and a path to becoming a BCBA. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication with families and BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
