Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You'll work 1:1 with children, track progress, and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching. Roles offer full-time or part-time options, a $500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Must be 18 or older and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to pass a background check and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
