Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. You will work 1:1 with children under individualized treatment plans, track progress, and communicate with families.

You will also meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and guidance. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, a $500 sign-on bonus, and career growth toward becoming

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving/bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
