Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. in Trinity, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) with a $500 sign-on bonus and paid trainings, plus a clear path to become a BCBA as you gain experience and autonomy in delivering client-specific plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
