Total Care ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy and help families achieve meaningful progress through collaboration with BCBA teammates.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-going training, and opportunities for professional growth, with a focus on compassionate care and measurable outcomes for children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development.
