Job summary

Total Care ABA in Hohenwald, TN seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. The role delivers ABA therapy and follows BCBA plans to support client progress and data collection.

Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are provided as part of a supportive team committed to growth and positive outcomes for families and children alike.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
