Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding across Tennessee and seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. You will support children and families under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to meaningful progress in developmental areas.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and listed on BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
