Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and support development of communication, social, and daily living skills. Full-time and part-time schedules are available across Tennessee.

Compensation is competitive and reflects experience and qualifications, with flexible shifts and opportunities to grow toward BCBA supervision hours.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification on BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
