Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our mission-driven team, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Tennessee. You will work under supervision of BCBAs, implement individualized treatment plans, and help children reach meaningful goals.

Formación

• Current RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Conocimientos

RBT certification

Experience with children

Communication skills

Willingness to travel locally

Educación
