Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Tennessee. You will work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and a clinical team.

Qualifikationen

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client progress and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately track client progress records
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required
• Provide in-person services throughout Tennessee
• Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing learning
