Job summary

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider delivering in-home and in-school services across Tennessee. As an RBT, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children achieve meaningful goals in familiar settings.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with compensation based on experience and qualifications. This position emphasizes compassionate care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and listed on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
