Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding across Tennessee and seeks passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate team. In this role you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools, supporting children and families under BCBA supervision.

You will work as part of a mission-driven team with flexible full- and part-time options, earning competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
