Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an in-home RBT in Tennessee to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. This role emphasizes accurate data collection and collaboration with families and a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.

We offer training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth as part of a compassionate team dedicated to helping children progress. Travel to client locations is required across TN with in-person services.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Travel to client homes/community settings as required.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
