Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Tennessee. You will work under BCBA supervision to support children and families in achieving meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification on BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
