Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking committed professionals to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will work closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to implement behavior plans and collect real-time progress data.

The role emphasizes a safe, engaging environment, strong communication skills, and reliability. A valid driver’s license and transportation support field visits and sessions in multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
