Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of BCBA. You will collect real-time data, implement individualized plans, and collaborate with families and caregivers to promote skill generalization while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
