Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy under supervision.

You should have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. We offer professional development, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
