Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings and implement plans from the supervising BCBA. You will collect real-time data, collaborate with families and BCBAs, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Prior experience with autism or developmental delays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
