Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy and implement plans created by supervising BCBAs. You will collect precise progress data using our clinical software and coordinate with families to ensure consistency and skill generalization.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children with autism and developmental delays achieve meaningful outcomes through structured sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent; BA in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
